Glask - Olga Ines Restrepo Escobar, Rue de Chantepoulet 10, 1201 Geneva, is the operator of the online-shop Glask, accessible from www.glask.ch.
We offer you the purchase of our products on our online-shop.
The present General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by you via our online-shop.
The latest version of our General Terms and Conditions applies to your purchases on Glask on the date of order.
Please note that we may amend or change our terms and conditions at any time.
By placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted our General Terms and Conditions.
1. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Binding Order: The presentation of services and products advertised in the online shop is only an invitation to place an order. By clicking on the displayed confirmation button (e.g., "confirm" or "order") your order is deemed binding.
Confirmation of order: We will confirm the receipt of your order promptly by email after the order has been placed. A binding contract is only concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation.
Deadlines: If working days are herein indicated as deadlines, we understand this to mean all days from Monday to and including Friday, with the exception of public holidays.
2. PRICES AND COSTS
Prices: The prices listed in the offer at the time of the order shall apply. The prices quoted are final prices, i.e. they include the applicable statutory value-added tax.
Shipping costs: If the order value (excluding shipping cost) is less than CHF 100, the corresponding shipping cost will be informed during the checkout process and charge it to you with your order. The shipping cost is referenced to the delivery address provided by you. Additional shipping costs might be added in case the delivery address changes. Shipping costs are not charged if the order value (excluding shipping cost) is CHF 100 or more, and your shipping address is within Switzerland.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The prices published on the website on the order date are the prices applicable to your order.
Payment due date: The purchase price as well as possible shipping costs become due upon conclusion of the contract.
3. PAYMENTS
Payment methods: We only accept the payment methods indicated during the ordering process and reserve the right to refer to other payment methods. Please note that we generally only accept payments from accounts in Switzerland or from a country within the European Union (EU). Any additional cost resulting from a money transfer will be borne by you.
Payment by credit card, Twint or PayPal: In the case of purchase by credit card, Twint or PayPal, your credit card, Twint or PayPal account, as appropriate, will be debited immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
4. DELIVERIES
Place of delivery: We will deliver the article(s) you have ordered to the address indicated in the order as soon as possible. If you are not at home, we or our delivery partner have the permission to deposit your delivery at your front door.
Partial deliveries: We reserve the right to make partial deliveries at any time. In case of partial delivery, we will bear any additional shipping costs.
5. WARRANTY
Warranty for defects: The applicable statutory liability for defects shall apply. At the time of delivery, the delivered articles are to be inspected by you as quickly as possible and any defects are to be reported to us immediately in writing.
In the event of defective articles, we expressly reserve the right to replace it with a non-defective article, or to refund you at our discretion.
6. RIGHT OF RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL
You may exercise your right of withdrawal by returning the articles to us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the articles. After this period, the sale shall be firm and final.
This right cannot be exercised if the articles have been used, washed, damaged or altered in any manner. In addition, the articles shall be returned in their original packaging.
7. DATA PROTECTION
We are responsible for the collection, processing and use of your data and must ensure compliance with Swiss law and any applicable European law. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and our privacy policy.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The sale of products under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Swiss law, to the exception of the provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Any dispute arising out of in relation with the sale of products shall be submitted to the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
