Return policy

Guarantee

All Glask products are covered by the standard warranty against manufacturing defects. The applicable legal liability for defects applies.

Please note that the warranty is void in the event of damage caused by the customer, including any damage resulting from improper handling of the glasses or contact with corrosive products other than dishwashing liquid.

If you wish to request a replacement or a refund due to damage, please send us a photo of the issue concerned. It will be assessed in order to proceed with either a refund or the shipment of a new product.

Right of repentance

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order by following the returns process below:

The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original box. Items that appear used will not be refunded and returned to the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item(s) (excluding shipping charges) will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 10 days.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any item that does not reach us is the responsibility of the customer.

International returns

Please ensure that you indicate that you are "returning to seller" in the export reason field on your postage label.

You must also indicate that the item has no retail value, as we cannot accept customs fees to receive your return.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and shipped service for return as we cannot refund/exchange items that do not reach us safely.

All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please note that we do not refund international customs taxes and sales charges.
